Harvest Credits — grant from your surplus
When a volunteer works a day with you, you can thank them with credits you set — each one backed by food you declare here, surplus that would otherwise go to waste. You and the volunteer both confirm the day; the Farm2Chef team approves the food commitment; then the credits are theirs to redeem as food through a pantry or delivery partner. Granted credits are never cash and are never sold. If you can't fulfill a grant, move it to the community food pool — it feeds neighbors instead, including Protein Pool households who told us they need food.
