One code does each job here. At the stand, a member shows you their live code and one tap confirms their purchase. At the table, a member shows their thank-you code and one tap applies it. Counts only below — no member names, ever.
Your journey · Collection & completion
Your Farm2Chef journey
Every step below is something real you've done on the platform — your path, told in stamps, finds, and firsts.
Learn · Your classes
Your classes
Every class registered under your email — the join link for virtual sessions, and the recording here after class.
Your week like a response dashboard: who picked what, what's paid, what needs your call — approve a household's week or decline it with a note, and the client sees it in their account. Rio's assists below are built from this week's live rows.
Chef week · Your board
Your week, mise en place
The week the way a chef runs it: pick the lineup, set the batch, start the longest cook first, and let the shopping list build itself — grouped Farmer / Grocery / Pantry. Changes save to your week as you make them; the board says so plainly if a save doesn't land.

Harvest Credits
0credits
Platform credits mark milestones · Farmer-granted credits redeem as food.
How credits work
Two kinds live here. Platform credits recognize
community action and mark your milestones. Farmer-granted
credits are different: each is backed by food a farmer
declared up front, and those redeem as food through our
pantry and delivery partners (see below). Neither kind is cash,
neither is ever sold, and both are private to you.

Friends who join with your link earn you 20 Harvest Credits.
Farmer grants & food credits
Credits backed by real food
Farmers grant food-backed credits for volunteer days — both sides confirm, the team reviews, and the credits redeem as food.
How farmer grants work
Volunteer on a farm day and a farmer can grant you
credits — the farmer sets the amount — backed by
surplus food they declared before granting, food that would
otherwise go to waste. You and the farmer both confirm the day
happened; the team then approves the food commitment, and the
credits become yours to redeem as food through a pantry or
delivery partner. If a farmer can't fulfill a grant, it moves to
the community food pool instead, where it feeds
neighbors — including Protein Pool households who told us they
need food. A grant is a claim we stand behind: fulfilled, or
replaced.
Waiting on your confirmation
Redeem granted credits for food
You have 0 farmer-granted
credits ready. Redeem them with a Farm2Chef pantry or delivery
partner — tell us the partner and what you're picking up, and
the team completes the handoff with them.

Reach out · Book time
Book time with your people
No phone tag, no loose messages — pick your person, say what you'd like to discuss, and book a time. They get the request with your topic on it; your confirmed time lands back here and by email.
Partner requests
Partner requests — through the portal
Organizations send their request and their own form link here, once — the platform routes it, and both sides watch it move. No email chase, no lost forms.
The hiring queue: every applicant's stage, their recorded interview, and the advance controls. Candidates see only their own tracker — never this queue, never each other.
Chef Practice Premium
Requests to my chef
Menus you've sent your chef, with any special requests. A special request may carry a special charge — your chef quotes it first, and nothing is owed until you pay the quote.
Chef Practice Premium
Client menu requests
Menus your meal-prep clients have sent you. Accept, ask for changes, or quote a special charge for special requests — the client pays the quote before it's owed.
Tell us whether you're a chef or home cook and whether you're open to paid, volunteer, or both kinds of demos. When a matching listing opens, you get one doorbell email — claims live on the board and in the demo board section below, never over email.
Quantities, grades, and harvest windows you publish here are what chefs plan from. Keep them confirmed and nothing you offer gets sold twice — the platform holds the count.
Sourcing board
What's confirmed-ready near you
Live farm supply, confirmed by the growers themselves. A reservation is a request — the farm confirms it before anything is held, so plan menus on confirmed lines and treat forecast as flexible.
A private profile for the conditions and triggers your table lives by — the dinner builder, label scans and the recall watch all read from it. Only you see it; a chef sees rules only when you choose to share them, and you can revoke any share.
Your display name, city, member type, and photo stay
in your private member profile unless a separate Farm2Chef flow asks
for — and records — your consent to publish something.
Your introduction — what members see
Your dashboard is your workshop; this is your storefront. What you write here is the introduction connected members see — your name, your work, where you are. Your email, your notes, and the people you added by hand never appear in it. Leave anything blank and it simply doesn't show.
Preview
See exactly what a connected member sees — nothing more. Relationships appear only when they're Connected AND you've flipped “Show on profile” on their card.
Notifications
Choose which kinds of messages you want from Farm2Chef. One switch per kind — changes save right away and apply to the next message we send.
Receipts always arrive. Confirmations for things you submit — a request, a form, a booking — are receipts, not marketing, and can't be switched off. Everything below is the optional kind.
Your saved language for messages and pages that already speak it.
Your data
Everything on this account is yours. Download a copy any time, or delete the account right here — deletion starts the moment you confirm.
Before you ask — what deletion means here:
Deleted: your profile and introduction, your saved relationships and notes, your dashboard layout and notification settings, your tastes, and your sign-in.
Kept, because the law and the books require it: payment and invoice records, tax documents, and signed agreements — retained for up to seven years, then destroyed. These are never used for marketing and never shown publicly.
How it works: confirming starts the deletion right away. Your introduction, saved relationships, tastes, and settings are cleared from the platform immediately and you are signed out. The desk then removes your sign-in record and confirms by email. Download your data first if you want a copy — after this, it's gone.

Every hat on this account
One account can hold several roles. Each area below was opened by enrollment or approval — your member type alone never grants one.

The delivery pot — driver pay
Every delivery household's $20 lands in the pot; completed routes draw it; surplus weeks bank a reserve and shortfall weeks draw it down — the driver's pay is never held back by a short week. Batches compile weekly and queue until the Mercury rail goes live.

Arranging your dashboard
Drag a section by its handle on a computer, or use Move up / Move down anywhere — the result is the same, and it saves to your account as you go. Hide a section with its eye: its data still loads, and it is one tap to bring back. This strip — your summary — can move but never hides: it carries what needs you.
